Career Direction

So I've finally figured out what I want to do with my life. There is going to be no major veering from what I have embarked upon recently, just a small change of location, and an as-yet unestablished jurisdiction.

I'm going to be the first lawyer on the Moon.

With NASA planning on colonising the Moon, there will inevitably be many calls for proper legal representation on the moon. Here's just a small example:

a) the most obivous - conveyancy of property
b) ambulance chasing - its a pretty hazardous environment, so there will no doubt be accidents which are foreseeable and which the employers will not have taken all reasonable steps to prevent
c) divorce - an Earth-Moon relationship is one that will _define_ the term 'long distance relationship' and there will most certainly be marriage breakdowns
d) IP - no doubt the astronaughts will be taking lots of photos, collecting moon rocks and the like.

There is a huge potential market here, and I for one am not going to miss this opportunity. Virgin Galactic - one first-class ticket please.
